Registration

Pre-K Registration (for the 2-, 3-, and 4-year-old classes)

  1. Review the 2012-2013 Class Schedule.  Be sure to check age eligibility.
  2. Complete a registration form.
  3. To complete registration, we will collect the non-refundable registration fee and deposit (as shown on the Class Schedule) in the form of a check made payable to Ascension Lutheran Church Nursery School & Kindergarten (ALCNS&K). You will receive a copy of the registration form which serves as a receipt and confirmation of your child’s registration.

Kindergarten Registration

Enrollment in the Kindergarten program is limited to 18 students under the guidance of one teacher and one assistant.  Ascension’s Science/Art and Music teachers will also participate in the Kindergarten Program. Admission decisions are made primarily based on an assessment of our program’s probable benefit to the child.  Included in this decision is the child’s readiness for our Kindergarten curriculum.  Ascension Lutheran Church Nursery School & Kindergarten does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national, or ethnic origin for students, teachers, or administrative staff.

To register:

  1. Complete a Kindergarten Application.
  2.  Tuition Information

  • Your deposit and registration fee are non-refundable.
  • You have the option of making quarterly tuition payments. Payments are due July 1, October 1, February 1, and April 1. (There is a $15 late fee for overdue payments.)
  • You will receive a 3% discount on the balance if paid in full by July 1.
  • A 30-day’s written notice is required for refunds if a child withdraws from school after the July 1 payment.
