Altar Guild: Serving Ascension’s worship life by being dedicated to the proper preparation for the administration of the sacraments of communion and baptism. This includes preparing the altar, displaying seasonally appropriate paramants, caring for altar vessels and linens, and arranging weekly and seasonal decorations. Contemporary Worship Music Team: Leads music periodically when contemporary worship elements are periodically incorporated into our services. Musicians are invited to participate! Contact Joy Bauer or Pastor Judy Cobb.

Flower Ministers: Sharing Christ’s love by delivering flowers after church to shut-ins and hospitalized members. This is an important way to connect with those unable to come to worship. To participate, contact Kay Hemphill (410-296-7940).

Greeters: “Welcome one another, therefore, just as Christ has welcomed you, for the Glory of God.” Romans 15:7 (NRSV). Greeting is the most important fifteen minutes of ministry because greeters are the first people worshippers meet. We welcome all.
